Not sure the name..maybe something charlotte?? Like creamy jelly with
shortbread and cream on

No idea what this one was called either! Swiss rolls around the outside, cream
and chocolate swirls on top

Ouefs a la neige, poached meringue with creme anglais

If anyone can help me out with names for these then that would be great..difficult
and finger burning this one was

Another dish for an exam we had to create. Pretty sure I used violet and
blackberries with cream then a brulee then raspberry ice cream in a tuile cone
